Once a company decides on its representative symbol, whether it be a logo, slogan, character, celebrity, the owner, or combination of these, it must become familiarized to the target audience through focus and repetition. I designed and picked Pip Puppy as our main character and our brand ambassador. I designed this plush, then created about ten different prototypes through companies overseas before mass producing for the market.
Social media is a great tool for gaining exposure. With many different platforms it's important to be good at one or two that best suites your company. Instagram is right for us because B2C is our business model.

For growth on Youtube, new videos need to be posted consistently, especially if there is a large number of competitors in your market. I wanted to do more videos and have ideas for them, but have not been able due to the time constraint. Instagram has been my priority.
Pip Puppy synthetic leather wallet is meant for an audience who likes cute fashion. To create a unique and quality product, I thoroughly read customer reviews on Amazon. Once I understood customers' pain points, I began the design. For a slightly more sophisticated look, I put a cap over the dog, and chose leather material. I went through many prototypes and manufacturers overseas until it looked right. Customers have been delighted with its outcome.

I created this video to work with a familiar character in a similar market place as ours - to reach their audience. I used a photo of a Hello Kitty lunch box taken by our collaborator from social media, then created this animation using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere.
I took this photo of a winter theme with our Pip Puppy variations. They were dressed with matching colors and placed side by side to make them appear more alive and personable.
